Summit was energizing, insightful, and collaborative. Great event! I particularly liked the Purple Monster Business simulation. It was excellent - we should do more of this. It enabled cross functional tables to learn how each part of the company considers a decision to be made and really allowed us to collaborate properly. Completely valuable experience.
